Every course head will receive an email with instructions and a link to add personalized questions to their course(s) on Thursday, November 12. You will have the opportunity to personalize up to 3 questions on the course evaluation, thereby tailoring your student feedback.

Alternately, if you are a course head, you may click the link below to add personalized questions to your course(s) between Thursday, November 12 - Sunday, November 22.
