### I want my voice to be heard. How do I make sure that what I write is displayed in the online Q tool? expand\_more

During course evaluation registration, course heads are asked to make a decision about whether or not to ask and display the question: "What would you like to tell future students about this class?" If the course head chose to ask the question and to display this information, your comments will be displayed in the student results.

### I submitted all of my evaluations but still can't see my grades. expand\_more

If you have submitted all of your course evaluations but cannot see your grades, it may be due to:

- The Early Grade Release Date has not happened
- The instructor hasn't submitted the final grades for your course. If you see some, but not all, of your grades this is the reason. If others in your course(s) can see grades, contact both the Evaluation Office (<evals@fas.harvard.edu>) and the Registrar's Office (<registrar@fas.harvard.edu>)

### Is there a way to search for an instructor using the Q Guide? expand\_more

If you are searching results Spring 2021-22 or later, you can search by instructor. Go to: <https://qreports.fas.harvard.edu/>. Type the name of the instructor in the search box to get a list of the instructor's course evaluations. The instructor search feature is not available for course evaluations before Spring 2022.

### Will my professors or teaching fellows have access to my comments before grades are submitted? expand\_more

No. Instructors and TFs will only receive their courses' evaluation results after their final grades for the semester have been submitted to the Office of the Registrar.

### I login before filling out the forms. How can the online evaluations possibly be anonymous? expand\_more
