Two days after faculty receive results
The current Q evaluation results are accessible only after final grades have been submitted to the Office of the Registrar. The results of course evaluations for the spring 2008 term will be made available to faculty two weeks after the end of the term. Results of evaluations will also be accessible to section leaders three days after faculty results are released.
All verbatim evaluation responses remain confidential. Department chairs will be able to view evaluation results for all faculty and section leaders teaching in their departments. Individual course heads will have access only to their own results, although they will be able to view the results for section leaders teaching in their courses. Finally, section leaders will see only the responses that are directly applicable to their own teaching.
